Dadana Abaya Returns Policy
At Dadana Abaya L.L.C, we pride ourselves in offering products and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and therefore, we offer a straightforward return process for most of our products. We understand that, occasionally, a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help make the return process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
However, please note that our return policy differs for one-of-a-kind fashion pieces due to their exclusive nature in comparison to our standard pieces – All one-of-a-kind pieces are clearly labelled on the Website.
General Return Conditions
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 3 days of receipt, except for one-of-a-kind pieces.
- Condition: Items must be unaltered, unused, and in full sellable condition and returned in the original packaging. All items should show no signs of wear or damage including smell.
- Packaging: All returns must be in their original packaging, with all brand and product labels/tags still attached.
- Documentation: Include the original order confirmation with your return.
One-of-a-Kind Pieces
- Final Sale: All one-of-a-kind items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is in place to maintain the exclusivity and integrity of each unique piece.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
- Quality Commitment: We conduct thorough inspections of each item before shipment. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer repair, replacement, or store credit for future purchases.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours. We will arrange to send you the correct item and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item in its original packaging.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within [insert timeframe, e.g., 7-10 business days]. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please arrange for collection from your delivery address by:

- Logging into the My Account / Order History section of our website.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is approved at the discretion of Dadana Abaya L.L.C. The following conditions strictly apply:
- Refunds for undamaged items will be processed for the original purchase price, excluding any delivery charges.
- Any points earned from the purchase will be credited back to your account.
- If you choose store credit, the amount will be available in your Dadana account for future purchases with a time limit of 3 months.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same product only, under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are initiated after the return is approved.
- Exchanges can be canceled at any time prior to processing.
- In case of technical issues, you may receive store credit instead.
Note: This exchange policy is available only for UAE customers.
