Same Day Delivery
To get the same day delivery service which is limited only for UAE delivery addresses orders, Charges of 50 AED will be added to your order – Kindly contact our customer service team for further information.

General Delivery Terms
We strive to meet estimated delivery timelines; however, delays may occur due to high demand, promotions, or holidays. We are not liable for delays outside our control, such as when you are unavailable to receive the delivery. Cash-on-Delivery orders include a 25 AED delivery fee, payable on delivery. In the event of a return separate fees may be charged and may vary.

To change your delivery date or address, please contact Customer Care before dispatch. Address changes to a different country are not permitted. A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is confirmed.
